For administrators, establishing user permissions is as simple as selecting options from convenient drop-down lists. Setting-up internal user groups to facilitate sharing of information is straight-forward. Defaults can be set to streamline the input of recurring order information.

At the individual user level, one size doesn’t have to fit all. Collection Manager lets you set up your own preferences for how you would like data displayed, what approval or order related information you want included in browse list information, and whether you want to be informed when ebook versions are available. You can choose how many titles you want displayed in a browse list, which editions you want displayed first in each record, and whether you want to see brief or expanded views.
