There’s no need to turn to a multitude of vendors for your multimedia needs. Blackwell provides a single source solution for most of the non-book and non-journal material your collection requires. Similar to our Firm Order Service, we manage relationships with hundreds of suppliers, giving you dedicated acquisitions support, responsive customer service, and consolidated invoicing. Our ongoing relationship with suppliers has resulted in an audio/visual fulfillment rate of close to 100 percent.

Easy Ordering

It is easy to order your audio/visual materials from Blackwell Book Services. See our ordering information or email us at audiovisual@blackwell.com. To maximize the efficiency with which we can process your order please include your name and customer code (if you have one) and all available bibliographic and supplier information.

Once Blackwell receives your order, we will utilize our established supplier relationships to procure your order. If we are unable to supply your order, we will notify you immediately.

Competitive Pricing

It is important to note that our audio-visual service requires additional research, special handling, and is subject to special pricing, unlike the other materials we supply. Our charge to you is the list price from the supplier, plus a modest handling charge. Please speak with your Regional Sales Manager for more information on Audio/Visual pricing.

Flexible Invoicing & Shipping

Accompanying all shipments are invoices created to your specifications. You may choose to be invoiced by order number, date, fund type, or department; or request a separate invoice for each box shipped. You may also request a dollar or title limit for each shipment.
