Becoming an ECHO user is a simple process and if needed our Customer Service Representatives will be there every step of the way.
Follow the steps below and before you know it you too will be an ECHO user.
- Complete our Customer Technical Profile Form
Read and sign our Customer Terms and Conditions(ask your Regional Sales Manager or Customer Service Representative for a copy)
Fax to our Customer Service Department in Lake Oswego at 503.639.2481 or to your Regional Sales Manager.
Blackwell will generate an invoice for the annual maintenance fee.
Representatives from our partners at Ebrary and/or Blackwell will be in touch to finalize the process of customizing your ECHO Library Channel Site. Once the work is completed, Blackwell Customer Service will notify you via email.
Begin ordering your ECHO titles through Collection Manager™
Once a title has been ordered, you will receive an email notifying you of delivery of the ebook(s) to your ECHO channel.
