Blackwell will accept returned books when:
Returns must be received within 90 days of invoice date and must be received by Blackwell in saleable and unmarked condition. Blackwell will not be responsible for returns damaged or lost in transit. All returns must clearly state the reason for return and should be accompanied by a copy of the invoice.
Blackwell is unable to accept returned books in the following instances:
Return authorization requests should be sent to your Customer Service Department contact person, preferably by fax or email, and should include a completed Return Information Form. Returned items should be addressed to the Customer Returns Department at the distribution center from which the items were originally sent.
